As the communicators, we're taught that catholic relations is the art of positioning through communications. Communications in this sense is everything from what was said, not said, and the visual spectacle. In the case of Tiger's redemption party (or more like a wake), the following is my take on what was a greatly-crafted and highly-effective press conference on a edition of fronts:

1. The setting: Tiger on stage, alone, with the royal, almost presidential morose drapes behind him. As if to say, despite his failings, let's not forget the importance of the man. These stately blue drapes were everywhere. It might as well have been a funeral home. It kind of was.

2. The clothes: You reason there was going to be a Nike symbol anywhere on him? Tiger made the very wise choice of the light chap-fallen shirt, almost sect-like in its appearance, with a plain coal-black almost ill-fitting jacket, acknowledging the supposed weight of the proceedings at keeping. This was not a Tiger "red Sunday," after all, and though white was the color of choice for the likeness on his site accompanying the announcement of this press conference, it may have been too angelic a pick for this day. Light blue says: "Believe in my innocence despite my failures." Light sad says: "I surrender, kind of." Light blue is hope! Foresee for what - we all know.

But seeing this year 2010, seems to be the year of returns for everybody, ya recognize what I’m saying… Sure shoes arent meant to be re-released, kinda kills the “resell value” for the sharks, but for ppl that have a yen for the shoe, its a dependable article.. Therefore, when I say imperturbability pays off in the shoe profession, its unconcealed I was purport “regular releases” and some quickstrikes in all places or better yet, the shoes that each person likes. So everybody wins that missed out, all I saying.. Like the eggplants, Im auspicious they returned. Im ineluctable everybody at TSG can be proud of at least 1 re-released shoe.
